Possession was in March for my Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat, and honestly, kuch doubts hain. Cracks, seepage jaise issues kitne common hain after a year? I'm worried about future resale value and maintenance costs. Does poor initial construction mean higher long-term expenses? Kya quality issues tenants ko bhi affect karte hain?
