Ansal Aastha maintenance fees are a real concern

Since selling our big family home, I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for a smaller, manageable flat. My kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place. I'm worried about maintenance charges though. Residents, is the actual service quality good for what you pay? Are the elevators reliable, and is the landscaping maintained well? Or is it just another society where you pay a lot but get little? Honestly, I just want a peaceful, hassle-free life.
