Ansal Aastha maintenance fees threaten investment

Rajkot real estate has me scratching my head lately. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, but the EMI vs rent math only works if the property holds value. Looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, I'm worried about actual construction quality. How much do those initial fitting issues or seepage problems hit resale value? Also, maintenance charges seem high. Is the service quality actually good, or are they just a drain on potential rental income? Don't want high charges scaring off good tenants. Any investors here seen good ROI despite these common issues?
