Ansal Aastha maintenance is just an amenity tax

Been in this business for years, but buying for myself is a different game. Builders Rajkot mein, especially Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, amenities ki badi-badi baatein karte hain. But honestly, maintenance charges are just a hidden tax for stuff no one actually uses daily. I mean, clubhouses become ghost towns and security is just a gatekeeper. Yeh sab just for show hai, right? My budget is tight, and these charges kill ROI. Am I wrong to think this way? Change my mind.
