What's the real story with power backup at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? I'm looking at a 2BHK there and the brochure says 'full flat backup', but my parents keep saying these claims are usually just for common areas. Should I trust it? Also, how's the water supply situation? I've heard some places in Rajkot rely a lot on tankers, especially during summer. Is that an issue here or is the tank capacity generally good? Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the day-to-day living reality, not just the fancy pictures. Any current residents or past buyers, what's your experience been like with these two things? Really appreciate any insights, thanks!

Bhai, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein 'full flat backup' sunkar lagta hai ki marketing gimmick hai. Builders ka toh pata hi hai, they promise the moon. Mere ek friend ne Krishna Kunj mein flat liya tha, unko bhi yahi bola tha, but power cuts mein sirf common areas chalti thi, ghar mein andhera!
