Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Amenities ka dhokha, now what?

Okay I'll be honest — I just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month and already have buyer's remorse. Everyone glorifies builders with fancy brochures, but Ansal API ki reality kuch aur hai Rajkot mein. The swimming pool is more like a puddle, and the 'clubhouse' is a tiny room. They promised a proper gym, but it's just two rusty machines. Aur ab maintenance charges bhi utne hi le rahe hain. Seriously, what's the point? Disagree? Tell me why.
