Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Amenities ka real scene kya hai?

The thought of paying rent every month is finally over for me. I'm seriously looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road, Rajkot. Budget ₹60-70L for a 2BHK. Builder ka naam Ansal API hai. But I'm hearing mixed reviews. Jo amenities brochure mein dikhate hain, woh real mein bhi milte hain kya? Like the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool. Aur society maintenance ka kya haal hai after a few years? Post-possession charges kitne lagte hain? Any experiences with them?
