Rajkot, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ko leke soch raha hoon. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Everyone hypes it as an investment, but I'm worried about long-term capital appreciation. Completed project hai, but iska actual price movement kaisa raha hai? Aur agar mostly investors hain, toh resale market mein genuine buyers milenge kya? Matlab, ek dead community mein kaun invest karega future mein? Change my mind, please.
