Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot still a good investment for capital appreciation? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa for investment purposes. Ansal Aastha's price is around ₹29.40 L–₹30.10 L for a completed unit. Honestly, not sure if it's worth putting money there now. Kya ismein future mein acha ROI mil sakta hai? I'm worried about the resale potential, like, will it be easy to exit in 5-7 years? What's the real rental yield like for a 2BHK/3BHK there? Builders ke claims toh bahut high hote hain, but real figures kya hain? Anyone bought here for investment? What's your experience been with actual appreciation and finding tenants?
