Resale of our big house is almost done, looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Everyone talks about clubhouses, but what about reliable power backup and constant water? For seniors, these are non-negotiable. I hear stories about spotty backup and tanker dependency even in new projects. Change my mind, is it just marketing?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein clubhouses ka toh bahut hype hai, but jab asli baat utility ki aati hai, tab sab chup ho jaate hain. My uncle lives in a 'premium' project nearby, aur har doosre din paani ke liye tanker bulana padta hai. Is it really worth paying so much for just amenities?
Sahi kaha. Ye tanker wala scene toh bohot common hai. Krishna Kunj mein bhi yahi haal hai.
