Visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last Saturday, thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. The project looks decent, but I'm worried about the actual daily usability of some amenities. Specifically, how's the elevator quality and maintenance response time there? Also, the children's play area looked okay, but is it genuinely safe and well-maintained or just for show? Not sure if the price jump for a 3BHK is worth it if these basics aren't solid. Any residents or recent buyers have real-world experiences?

Yaar, I visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone too last month, and had the exact same doubts about the elevators. They felt a bit slow and rickety even then. And the children's play area... it's okay, but will it stay that way? The price for a 3BHK is ₹29-30 L, which is a big amount for these compromises.
