Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Brochure vs. Reality Shock
Did anyone actually get the clubhouse and swimming pool at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone as promised during booking? I'm looking at a 3BHK there on Kalawad Road, around the ₹90L mark. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you, but even I'm shocked by the difference between the brochure and reality. The brochure showed a proper gym and a decent-sized pool, but what's delivered looks like an afterthought. My friend who booked a 2BHK in the same project near 150 Feet Ring Road is facing similar issues. They even advertised a dedicated kids' play area that's just a patch of grass now. Is this common with Ansal API projects in Rajkot? What did others do about these missing or downgraded amenities? Should I even consider moving forward with the booking? Honestly, it feels like a bait and switch.

Yaar, I'm so glad someone brought this up! I was looking at Ansal Aastha too, the 3BHK on Kalawad Road, and the brochure looked amazing. But then I visited the site, and the reality was just... underwhelming. That 'gym' looked like a small room with two machines. It’s making me super nervous about trusting any builder now.
Haan bhai, same experience. Brochure mein toh resort lagta hai, site pe jaao toh bas concrete jungle.
