Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein carpet area ka sach brochure se bahut alag hota hai, this is something I've learned the hard way. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Rajkot, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK, and this project is on my radar. Builder log shared walls, shaft, aur balcony area bhi carpet mein count kar dete hain sometimes. Is it the same for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? What's the actual usable space like, especially post-possession? Koi tips hai real carpet area verify karne ke liye? Itna bada investment hai, chhoti cheezein matter karti hain.

Dekho, project is completed, and RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai. So legally, the builder is bound by certain rules. But the ground reality for many buyers after possession in 2022-06-01 was different. Always check the RERA carpet area definition vs what the builder is showing you on paper. It's a tricky situation.

₹29 L – ₹30 L for a 3BHK, sounds okay but if carpet area is an issue, then it's a huge overpayment. Budget mein rehna hai aur usable space bhi chahiye!
My advice to everyone looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, ya koi bhi project: always get a third-party architect to measure the carpet area before final payment. Brochure pe trust mat karna. My cousin bought in Krishna Kunj area too, and that's what he did. Saved him a lot of headache later when he found discrepancies.

Absolutely! Yeh carpet area ka game builders ka favourite hai. Mere ek friend ne Krishna Kunj mein flat liya tha, unhone bhi baad mein realize kiya ki actual usable space was much less than what was shown in the plans. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka toh I've heard similar stories. Rajkot mein ab yeh common hogaya hai ki builder marketing mein kuch aur dikhate hain aur reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially for first-time buyers like us, it's a huge trap.
Sahi baat hai, bhai! They include everything from ducts to wall thickness in carpet area. Aastha Mig Zone mein toh builders ne shared walls ka bhi area count kar liya tha, jo ethically galat hai. Humein sirf usable space pe focus karna chahiye.
