Ansal Aastha Mig Zone clubhouse is a ghost town

Is the Ansal Aastha Mig Zone clubhouse actually used daily by residents? I'm currently in a 2BHK nearby and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. The brochure showed amazing facilities, but I'm worried it'll be just for show after a year or two. Like, are the gym and pool always empty? We really want a place with usable amenities, not just something that looks good for sales. Is the price jump worth it for these facilities, or am I better off elsewhere?
