Ansal Aastha Mig Zone looks decent on paper, but I'm worried about the real living experience. It's in my budget, around ₹30L, and I'm a first-time buyer. Kya wahan ki society ka vibe achha hai? I mean, log friendly hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Also, neighbourhood mein schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Daily commute for work is also a big concern. My parents keep saying location is everything, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Any honest opinions on daily life there?
