Ansal Aastha Mig Zone construction quality is a long-term liability

₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, after all the 'premium' claims, feels off. I'm looking for investment, not just living. My main concern is construction quality beyond the surface. I know what builders don't tell you about future maintenance. Will those fancy amenities actually attract good tenants or just hike up society charges later? Heard stories about cracks and seepage after a year. Is the build quality good for long-term appreciation and low maintenance, or will it eat into ROI?
