Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Construction quality ka sach kya hai?

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm noticing things. Construction quality ka kya scene hai wahan? I saw some finishing issues already, like wall cracks and fitting problems. Does this impact future resale value or increase maintenance costs later on? Also, amenities ki baat karein toh, jo promised tha, woh sab deliver hua hai kya? Investor perspective se, does that actually attract better tenants ya just marketing hype hai? Not sure if it's worth the premium.
