Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge into buying in Rajkot. The EMI vs rent math just makes sense now. I've been looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone since it's completed, which honestly feels safer than under-construction projects... but I'm still figuring things out. My main concern is about daily life there. How's the connectivity from Ansal Aastha Mig Zone to say, major industrial zones or even just the city center? Is daily commute a hassle or manageable? Also, what's the real scene with parking allocation? Is it covered, open, or do residents struggle?
