The actual living experience in completed projects often differs wildly from what's promised. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Rajkot and looking to upgrade, maybe a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. The price range (₹29.40 L–₹30.10 L) seems okay, but I'm really worried about the real daily life there. For those living in Ansal Aastha, how's the community vibe? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? What about noise levels and air quality, is it genuinely peaceful? Also, what are the maintenance charges actually like monthly? I already have a home loan so I need to factor in all costs. Is it truly a good home for families, or just good on paper after possession?
