Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last Saturday. Price range toh budget mein hai, but as a first-time buyer, I'm honestly not sure about its actual livability. Looks good on paper, par real daily life experience kaisa hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, market kitne paas hain? And most importantly, society aur community vibe kaisi hai? Friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Parents ko bhi pasand aana chahiye, so family-friendly hona important hai. Any actual residents share their experience?
