Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Daily life surprises

Living in Ansal Aastha for a few months now, I'm genuinely surprised by some things. Possession was in March, and the daily experience is... different than what I expected. The community vibe is actually quite good, way better than just 'on paper'. Kids play outside, neighbors chat. But the gym equipment isn't always working great, and the clubhouse feels underutilized. Maintenance charges are around ₹1800 for my 2BHK, which feels fair, but I'm wondering if others find the amenity upkeep worth it. Is it just me, or could the common areas be better managed?
