Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Daily living ke liye kaisa hai?

Rajkot's Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, I'm looking at it for my 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, toh space important hai. Pricing ₹29-30L seems okay but not sure if it's genuinely good for daily living. Kaisa hai neighbourhood, schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Aur amenities ki actual quality kaisi hai? Kids ke play area aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Already home loan hai, toh decision soch samajh ke lena hai. What do current residents say about the actual living experience?
