Ansal Aastha Mig Zone delays: Does RERA even work?
What's the real story with possession delays from Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? We booked a 3BHK there almost three years ago, expecting possession by last Diwali for our growing family. My current rent is killing us in Mota Mava, and we planned my kids' school admission for next year based on moving in. Ansal API keeps pushing the date, it's so frustrating. My wife's really worried about safety and the neighborhood around the 150 Feet Ring Road. We need to move, but they're just not delivering. I've read about RERA, but is filing a complaint actually effective here in Rajkot? Has anyone successfully dealt with Ansal API delays using RERA? What were your actual legal options and did you get compensation? Don't want to get stuck with more legal fees without results.

Bhai, Ansal API ka track record toh puraani hai delays ke liye. Humne bhi suna hai Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein kaafi issues chal rahe hain. Rajkot mein aise builders se bachna chahiye. RERA ka naam toh hai par asli mein kaam kitna hota hai, pata nahi.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Humara bhi same experience hai ek aur project mein. Builder bas dates pe dates deta rehta hai, dimag kharab ho gaya hai.
