Rajkot ke Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ko 3BHK upgrade ke liye dekh raha hoon. Currently 2BHK mein hoon. Project completed hai, but I'm worried about actual livability post-delivery. Kya amenities aur daily life expectations match karte hain? Community vibe kaisi hai? Maintenance charges kitne hain? Real resident experiences chahiye. Price jump justified hai kya?

Bhai, price jump justified hai ya nahi, ye toh aapki budget aur requirements pe depend karta hai. Lekin ek cheez dhyaan rakhna, completed project mein bhi hidden costs ho sakte hain, jaise electricity connection charges, society transfer fees, etc. Sab kuch pehle se clear kar lo. Aur Ansal ke projects mein finishing touch ko double-check karna, quality mein sometimes compromise hota hai. Don't rush into it just because it's completed.
₹29 L – ₹30 L for a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha? Seems a bit high, given the current market. Is that really justified?

Initial excitement ke baad log regret karte hain. Make sure physical verification kar lo har cheez ki, not just sample flat.
