Honestly, I'm finding this home search for a bigger flat tougher than I thought. We're looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot, around ₹30L for a 2BHK. My main worry is the actual carpet area, does it feel spacious enough for a family with two kids? On paper, numbers look okay, but real-life experience matters. Also, nearby schools and safety for the children are super important. Kaisa hai wahan ka community feel? Is it safe and family-friendly? Any residents can share their daily life experience, please? Is it genuinely good to live in?

Ansal Aastha ka 2BHK 30L mein, sounds okay on paper, but for a family with two kids, it needs to be *actually* spacious. I've heard some mixed reviews about Ansal's older projects too.
