Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Family living is not its strong suit.
Kids' school admissions are around the corner, and we really need to upgrade to a bigger flat. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone Rajkot ka price ₹30L ke aas paas hai, looks good on paper for a completed project, that's why it's on our list. But honestly, I'll say what no one wants to hear: I think Ansal Aastha is kinda overrated for families with young children. Everyone glorifies the amenities, but are they *actually* useful ya bas show-off hai? My wife's main priority is safety and a good, active community for the kids, plus decent schools nearby. Is the neighbourhood genuinely family-friendly, ya thoda isolated feel hota hai? Daily commute for school and market kaisa hai? Aur society ka vibe? I'm worried about the *actual* daily life quality after possession, not just the brochure. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the original post! Ansal Aastha ka price ₹30L sunke pehle toh laga 'wow, good deal for a completed project', but then the family-friendly part hit me. My wife also prioritizes safety and a good community for our little one. Brochure pictures are one thing, but actual daily life, school commute, neighbourhood feel – these are things you can't compromise on. I'm worried about getting stuck in a place that looks good on paper but fails on the ground for a family. Is there anyone living there who can give a real picture?
