Was supposed to settle down peacefully by now, but my Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat is already giving headaches. Possession March mein mila, and honestly, floor plan jo brochure mein dikhaya tha, usme aur actual usable space mein bohot fark hai. Balcony ka area itna small hai, aur kitchen layout bhi awkward lag raha. Walls mein bhi finishing issues hain, plaster theek se nahi hua kahin kahin. Builders site visit pe sab achha dikhate hain, but andar se quality itni weak hai. Anyone else faced this with Ansal Aastha? Kya karein ab?

Krishna Kunj side mein bhi similar issues sunne ko mil rahe hain. Kya Rajkot mein builders sab aise hi kar rahe hain? Market conditions bhi theek nahi lag rahi, upar se yeh quality issues. Kaise trust karein ab?
Rajkot mein abhi market thoda slow hai, buyers pehle se zyada careful ho gaye hain. Builders ko competition mein quality deni chahiye but they are cutting corners to save costs. Especially after COVID, many projects faced funding issues which impacted quality. This Ansal Aastha case is just another example of how new buyers are getting trapped.
Sahi keh rahe ho U5. Krishna Kunj mein bhi ek project mein aisa hi hua tha, finishing kaafi poor thi. Builders bas dikhaate kuch aur hain, aur baad mein bolte hain 'standard quality' hai.
Mere ek dost ne bhi Ansal Aastha mein book kiya tha. Uska bhi yahi haal hai, brochure mein 1000 sqft dikha ke, carpet area 700-750 sqft hi milta hai. Usne toh legal action ka soch raha hai. Yeh common practice ho gayi hai builders ki, especially for budget-friendly projects.

U3, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai. Official possession date 2022-06-01 thi. Agar March mein mila hai, toh technically delays toh hue hi hain, par atleast mil toh gaya. Par quality ka issue sunke darr lag raha hai.
