Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for family — am I missing something?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Rajkot for my growing family, really need at least a 3BHK now. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids, especially near good schools on Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, it's in my budget around ₹75-80L. But honestly, I'm a bit worried about some things. Has anyone here bought there? How easy was it to get bank loans for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? I heard some banks are picky with certain builders. Also, how's the RWA formation there? Do residents have real control, or is the builder still calling the shots? And what about the actual construction quality, like the subcontractors they use? Not sure if it's worth it if there are long-term issues. What's the community's take?

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. They've been around since 1967, headquartered in Delhi, but their track record, especially outside NCR, has been very mixed. Rajkot mein bhi kaafi delays ki khabrein aayi hain pehle. ₹75-80L is a huge investment, usme agar builder hi bharosa na de toh bahut mushkil hai. Construction quality par unka control hamesha se questionable raha hai. Think twice before getting into this.
