₹29.40 L for a 1BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — seems okay, but I'm thinking long-term ROI. Completed project hai, but investor to end-user ratio kya hai yahan? Kahin ghost society na ban jaye, rentals affect honge. Kya real rental yield expect kar sakte hain? Rajkot mein exit strategy kaisi rehti hai for such properties after 5-7 years? I'm honestly not sure if this is the right move for capital appreciation. Any actual investor experiences on its liquidity? Should I consider it?
