Possession was in March for my Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat. Honestly, abhi se hi kuch issues dikhne lage hain. Cracks near windows, kitchen fittings loose. Maintenance team ka response time bhi slow hai. Is this normal for new projects in Rajkot? As an investor, I'm worried about future resale value aur agar tenant ko attract karna ho toh yeh sab problems affect karengi na? Kya amenities like the clubhouse really justify the premium, ya bas show-off hai? What's your experience with initial snag lists in Rajkot projects?

Bhai, you're not alone! Ansal Aastha ka toh naam hi kharab ho raha hai Rajkot mein. My cousin booked in their other project near Krishna Kunj, possession was supposed to be 2021, but mila 2023 end mein. Aur jab mila, toh same issues – seepage from bathroom walls, electrical wiring loose. Builder ne bas cosmetic fixes kiye hain. Resale value toh down hi jaa rahi hai aise projects ki, kaun lega? Amenities ke naam pe bas swimming pool dikha dete hain jo saal mein 6 mahine ganda rehta hai. Investor view se toh yeh
