Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — I’ve been looking at this for a while, considering upgrading from my 2BHK. Everyone glorifies completed projects for immediate rental income, but honestly, Ansal Aastha ka ROI kitna real hai? With prices around ₹30L, capital appreciation seems stagnant. Matlab, 2-3 saal mein kitna badha hai? Resale market mein liquidity ka kya haal hai? I hear investor ratio yahan kaafi high hai, toh kya ghost society banne ka risk nahi? End-users kitne hain actually? Already home loan hai, so I need solid long-term wealth creation. Is the premium justified for a completed project? Mujhe toh lagta hai bas marketing hype hai. Change my mind.
