Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. It's completed. For investors, what's the resale market like? Is it active? Worried about ghost society risk if too many investors.

Honestly, Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein mixed raha hai. UPRERAPRJ5670 is good to see, means legal issues are probably clear. But the ₹29-30 L price range for a completed project in that area feels a bit high for resale potential, especially for first-time buyers like us. What's the maintenance like? Is it well-managed or just completed on paper?
U8, that's exactly what I'm worried about. High maintenance without good services eats into your budget. So, is there any way to check current resident feedback apart from site visits?
U3, you hit the nail on the head. My experience with a similar Ansal project (not Aastha, but same builder) was that once completed, maintenance became a huge issue. Society management was non-existent, and charges were high for minimal services. Check with current residents if possible, don't just rely on the builder's promises. This is a common trap for first-time buyers.
Totally agree. Completed projects are good, but investor-heavy societies can be dead. My biggest fear is low occupancy.
Yaar, I also visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Project looks decent now that it's completed. But the 'ghost society' risk is real, especially if it's mostly investors. Is the resale market active there? Koi actual tenant mila hai kya kisi ko?
Sahi baat hai U6. My cousin lives close by. He says occupancy is still very low. Ghost society ka risk pakka hai.
U1, I asked around. Resale market is slow right now for Ansal Aastha. Most brokers I spoke to said there aren't many genuine buyers, mostly other investors looking for a quick flip. Tenants are hard to find because the area lacks proper amenities nearby.
