Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Is it the right home for my kids?
Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last Saturday, looking for a bigger flat for my growing family. My wife's priority is definitely a safe place for the children and good schools nearby. The project looks good on paper, around ₹30L, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience. Are the amenities, like the play area or community hall, really usable? Or are they just for show? We need to figure out if it's genuinely a good home, not just a pretty brochure. Also, how's the neighbourhood for schools and daily markets? I'm trying to gauge the true community vibe. It's hard to tell from just one visit. Any parents living there who can share their honest experience, especially about how useful the amenities are for kids? Hope this helps someone else looking too.

Bhai, Ansal Aastha? Thoda research kar lo pehle. I've heard mixed reviews about their older projects regarding maintenance and amenities. For kids, you need proper, well-maintained play areas, not just something for show. And safety is a big concern. Mera ek friend Krishna Kunj mein rehta hai, usne bhi Ansal ke ek project mein dekha tha, bol raha tha initial buzz accha tha but long term mein issues aaye. Price toh theek hai ₹30L, but future expenses bhi dekhni padegi.
