I must admit, the buzz around Ansal Aastha Mig Zone often overshadows practical considerations like genuine connectivity. As an NRI in Dubai, assessing Rajkot's ground reality for investment is challenging. I can't do site visits easily. Is its location truly convenient for daily commutes to main employment hubs, or is it more isolated than advertised? And social infrastructure, are schools/hospitals within 2km actually reputable, ya sirf paper pe hain? For rental potential and hassle-free management from abroad, this is critical. Change my mind.
