Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Rajkot, considering an upgrade from my 2BHK. Everyone talks about Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's price point, but honestly, is it genuinely a good place to *live* in daily, or just looks decent on paper for its cost? I'm thinking about the actual delivered quality. My friend said their maintenance charges are ridiculously high for what you get. Also, how good are the nearby schools and markets? Is the community vibe worth the premium? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Totally agree, bhai! Ansal Aastha's price range (₹29 L – ₹30 L) seems okay on paper but the *delivered quality* is a huge question mark. My cousin almost booked there but backed out after seeing the finishing. Plus, that RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670? I checked, it's completed, but the possession was 2022-06-01, and still, people are complaining about issues. Yeh sirf investment ke liye theek hai, daily living ke liye nahi.
