₹30 lakh for a 2BHK at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — is that price really justified for daily living? I'm currently in a 2BHK in another part of Rajkot, thinking of upgrading, maybe even eyeing a 3BHK or villa eventually. But I'm looking at this project for now. Is it genuinely good to live in, or just looks decent on paper? What about the community vibe there? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, for that price point, is the actual carpet area efficient enough? Wondering if the space feels good for a family.
