What's the real scene with Ansal API's financial stability for their Ansal Aastha project in Rajkot? I'm currently in a 2BHK near University Road and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa around Kalawad Road. Prices for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone seem okay, but I'm really worried about the builder's financial health. There have been so many stories about projects stalling, especially for a bigger investment like a 3BHK in the ₹80-90L range. Is the premium justified, ya fir there's a risk of construction delays? People who've bought into Ansal Aastha, did they actually deliver on time? And construction quality, is it solid or are there issues like plaster cracks or seepage after possession?
