Been looking at flats for six months now, and honestly, every builder seems to have some catch. Everyone glorifies Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's price, but nobody talks about the actual daily grind post-possession. Is the project delivery truly livable? What's the neighbourhood vibe like? Schools, markets nearby? Or is it just another fancy ad? Change my mind.
