Since last Diwali, I've been looking for my first home in Rajkot. My parents keep pushing for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, saying it's a safe bet for a 1BHK around ₹30L. Honestly, I'm nervous. It's completed, which is good, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Not sure about the community vibe there. What's the neighbourhood like for schools or markets nearby? Is the project delivery quality actually decent, or just okay on paper?
