Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka resale market itna slow kyu hai? I'm looking to invest for future upgrade from my 2BHK, but finding it tough to exit existing investments. Rajkot real estate market mein abhi bhi buyers under-construction ya prime locations mein hi interested hain, jahan future appreciation dikhe.

Yes, U1, I'm facing the same problem. My agent told me it was a good bet because of the RERA approval (UPRERAPRJ5670) and the promised possession date of June 2022. But now, it feels like a dead investment. The price range of ₹29 L – ₹30 L seemed reasonable initially, but the demand just isn't there. Is it just this project, or the whole area?
