Bhai, amenities ko liability bolna thoda harsh hai, but I get your point about maintenance. The project, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, was supposed to be completed by 2022-06-01 as per RERA UPRERAPRJ5670. Has anyone actually taken possession here? Kya situation hai wahan ki? Maintenance charges kitne hain aur services kaisi hain?
Aapki maintenance charges wali baat bilkul sahi hai. Maintenance charges are usually on the higher side in projects with so many 'amenities' that barely work. It's like paying for a fancy car that keeps breaking down. My cousin lives near Krishna Kunj and faced similar issues with a different builder.
Haan, same suna hai. Possession toh mil gaya but amenities ka haal theek nahi hai. Especially lifts, kabhi bhi atak jaati hain.
