Honestly, I'm feeling a bit cheated about the maintenance charges at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Jab property li thi, they quoted something else, but ab jab reh rahe hain, it's way higher. Mera budget pura hil gaya hai. Is this normal? Yaar, log kaise manage karte hain? Kya koi solution hai?

This is exactly why we need RERA to be stronger. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai, but does it even help with these post-possession issues? Maine suna hai inka possession 2022-06-01 ko hua tha, but they were already charging high even then. What's the point of fixed price range (₹29 L – ₹30 L) if hidden costs eat you up? Has anyone tried approaching the RWA or consumer court for this?
U4, RERA ka scope limited hai for ongoing maintenance. They usually intervene if the builder hasn't formed the RWA or has misappropriated funds. For high charges post-RWA formation, it's a fight with the RWA, not the builder directly. Consumer court is an option, but it's a long
Totally agree with you! My friend also bought in Ansal Aastha, near Krishna Kunj, and facing the same issue. They promise one thing during booking, but after possession, the rates magically jump. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
