My kids' school admission is just around the corner and we desperately need to upgrade to a 3BHK in Rajkot. Been looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, but thoda confused hoon. Wahan ka children's play area actually usable hai kya? Matlab, safe hai aur regularly maintain hota hai? Ya bas naam ke liye ek swing laga diya hai? My wife is very particular about safety for the kids. Aur lifts ka kya haal hai? Speed kaisi hai aur maintenance response time kaisa hai? Builders bohot promises karte hain, par baad mein chhoti-chhoti cheezein hi irritate karti hain. Kisi ko construction quality issues lage hain after moving in, jaise cracks ya seepage?
