Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ko bank loan milta hai kya?

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone projects ke liye bank loans ka kya scene hai Rajkot mein? I'm checking out a 2BHK there, on Kalawad Road, but getting a home loan approved seems a bit tricky. Axis bank toh thoda ghumaya. My parents are saying builder ka financial health bhi dekho. Not sure if it's just this project or Ansal API in general. Koi aur bhi face kar raha hai yeh issue? Should I be worried about getting funding for them?
