Ansal Aastha Mig Zone: Liquidity and future buyers?
Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is showing prices around ₹29-30 lakh for a 1BHK. I'm looking at it purely as an investment, honestly my first property, so I'm a bit nervous. It's a completed project, which is good, but I'm not sure about its resale potential down the line. Is the secondary market for 1BHKs there actually active? Or will it be tough to offload after 5-7 years in Rajkot? I'm trying to understand the exit strategy here. Who typically buys these units? End-users or other investors? My parents keep saying location matters most for liquidity. Also, what's the realistic rental yield people are getting right now? Not the builder's projection, but actual numbers. Any insights on the overall liquidity for this particular project would be super helpful.
