Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last week. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big place and want something compact and low-maintenance. The flats looked decent, but I'm honestly not sure about the daily livability. Is it a genuinely good place to settle down, community-wise? And what do residents actually pay for maintenance monthly? Proximity to a good hospital is a huge priority for us. Any insights?

Yaar, yeh Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ke flats dekhne gaya tha. Price range ₹29-30L bol rahe hain. Sahi mein itna worth hai kya? Builder ka track record thoda shaky suna hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Kahin paisa phans na jaaye.
Totally agree with you. Ansal ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Mere ek friend ka project bahut delay hua tha inka.
