Kya Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, Rajkot mein long-term capital appreciation potential sahi hai? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits. For ₹29-30L, what's the actual rental yield people are seeing? And resale market kitna liquid hai? Is it easy to find a buyer later? Need ground reality.

Project COMPLETED hai aur possession 2022-06-01 ko mil gaya tha, but the resale market is quite slow. Liquidity ka issue aa sakta hai, especially for flats in that ₹29-30L range. Think twice.
