Rajkot — thinking about Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for my first home, but honestly, I'm worried about long-term quality. Builders promise so much, but what about actual construction after a year or two? Are cracks, seepage, or fitting issues common there? My parents keep saying these things become maintenance headaches. Is the high maintenance charge actually worth it for fixing these kinds of problems, or is it just for common area upkeep? Really need some ground reality checks.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Builder ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My friend bought in Ahmedabad, and within a year, kitchen sink leakage and bathroom tiles cracking. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein bhi kya same issues hain? Especially worried about seepage in monsoon.
Totally agree with you! Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein kuch khaas nahi suna. My cousin almost booked in one of their other projects near Krishna Kunj years ago, but backed out after hearing about delays and quality compromises. Be careful,
