Ansal Aastha Mig Zone maintenance is probably too high for seniors

Since the kids moved out, we're finally selling our big house and looking for something manageable in Rajkot. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone looks interesting, price bhi theek lag rahi hai. But I'm worried about the actual daily living experience wahaan. Is it genuinely good for empty nesters like us, ya sirf paper pe achha hai? Society ka vibe kaise hai? Maintenance charges kya rehte hain for a 2BHK? Aur hospitals kitne paas hain? We need something low maintenance aur society bhi achhi ho.

Ansal ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai yaar. Price 29-30L theek lag rahi hai, but maintenance toh builders loot lete hain. Aur Rajkot mein inka track record kaisa hai? Especially for seniors, low maintenance is key, not just financially but physically bhi. UPRERAPRJ5670 toh dikh raha hai, but real experience matter karta hai. Koi batao wahaan ka actual scene kya hai?
