Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein possession experience kaisa raha?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options on 150 Feet Ring Road in Rajkot. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone dekha. Looks okayish for a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹85-90L. But honestly, I'm a bit wary about Ansal API ka track record. My main concern is the possession experience. Jin logon ne yahan flat liya hai, unka handover kaisa raha? Were there any big surprises regarding carpet area vs super area? Matlab, actual usable space kitna mila? Second, RWA formation ka kya scene hai? Builder ne control handover kiya hai ya abhi bhi unka hold hai? From my experience, RWA ka strong hona bahut crucial hai for long-term society maintenance. Rajkot mein Ansal ke projects mein post-possession maintenance charges reasonable rehte hain ya exorbitant? Want to make a calculated risk, but need real insights first.
